Schedule a 10-minute consultation with a Civil Survival lawyer. Our lawyers can help you determine if you are eligible for the following services:
- Criminal record vacation
- Vacating a drug possession conviction under State v. Blake
- Legal financial obligation (LFO) relief
- Appealing the denial of an occupational license due to your criminal record
- Registration relief for people convicted of sex offenses
In order to serve you best, appointments will be required. We will need your full name, email, date of birth, and ID number. Registration is on a first come first served basis and is only to determine eligibility. If you are eligible, you can be put on our waitlist for services. You cannot sign-up to look at someone else’s case.
